Birmingham to some unfamiliar with the city has an image of industrial greyness. To residents the image is very different. Birmingham has long been a green city with a splendid array of old buildings and thousands of acres of parkland.

Whilst a few well-known beauty spots are included, this DVD provides many scenes of less familiar beauty. These include babbling brooks, lanes that have remained as they were before urbanisation and many historic buildings.

This DVD, with its light classical soundtrack, is made without narration and a scene register is included to enable location of all shots.
