A visit to the beautiful Isles of Scilly, south west of Lands End. The islands have wonderful scenery with clear blue seas and fine white sand beaches. No wonder they are called ‘The Fortunate Islands’.

We visit the five inhabited islands of St Mary’s, Tresco, St Agnes and Gugh, Bryer and St Martin’s. Many other islands and rocks making up the 50 Isles of Scilly are also included. Many historical features are covered in the narration, including Cromwell’s Castle and some ancient burial chambers.

Amongst the highlights are The Abbey Gardens on Tresco, the boat trips between the islands and a visit to the Bishop Rock Lighthouse.

There is a peaceful atmosphere on the islands and once you have visited Scilly you just cannot wait to go back.
